[OS X TeX] Flashmode and Synctex

To use Synctex while running Flashmode enter the command
\synctex=1
in the preamble of the tex file.

I didn't notice any performance decrease because of the creation of an  
addition .synctex.gz file with each typesetting on an 8-core Mac Pro,  
however this might be different on a less powerful Mac.

The setting "Both" in TeXShop's Preferences gave me the best results  
which were really excellent. My compliments to Jérome.
