[OS X TeX] Update to Latexmk

Howdy,

The latexmk program has been updated to version 4.00e.

The index package writes information to the log file in a different
format from the makeidx, multind, etc., packages and previous versions
of latexmk would fail to recognize that the normal idx file was being
created. This is corrected with version 4.00e.

In addition, I've updated the rc files included in the latexmk
packaging for TeXShop so they will work better with file names that
have spaces.

There are two versions of the packaging; Latexmk400eTeXShop.zip and
Latexmk400eTeXShop218.zip available at <http://homepage.mac.com/
herbs2>. The only difference is that the second version is set up to
generate the .synctex.gz file, with MacTeX-2008, that can be used
for .tex<->.pdf synchronization with TeXShop 2.18. That version can be
used by all versions of TeXShop without using synctex synchronization
and you get a minor warning message about an option that isn't
understood if you use it with MacTeX-2007 or earlier. My suggestion is
to use the updated 2.18 version in all cases.

Good Luck,
