Wow. These are the hardest bugs to find (I've got one in a 6 year old  
code of mine that I've surrendered to). Melissa O'Neill must be living  
on coffee to have been able to dig into this. My congratulations to  
the team on this. I had thought this would never be solved given its  
nature.
