hi list,

the mactex-installer informs during the installation process, that i- 
Installer is also in the package and that with it one can get the  
 >>full<< Image Magick;

what exactly then is the difference between the >>not full<< IM  
(installed together with mactex) and the >>full<< Image Magick? does  
 >>not full<< mean, only the convert command will function?

I just tried to have a look at the >>full<< i-package, I get an error- 
message (Cannot read remote table of contents. The most probable cause  
is a download problem.) there seems to be a dead link (http://tug.org/i-packages/mftrace.ii2 
)

so since this is not up to date as it seems, I think it would be good  
to take the info from the beginning of my mail away from text that is  
shown during the mactex-installation-process?
