[OS X TeX] Save included files

I think the following behaviour is quite nice:

Invoking 'Typeset' from an included file typesets the root file,
while 'shift-Typeset' typesets only the included file but with the
preamble from the root file (in reality texing a temporary file,
but with synchronisation properly redirected to the calling included
file).

(The root file is determined as follows: if there is a TeX fileset
defined, use that information; otherwise look for file variables
a la emacs, TeXShop or iTeXMac; or finally scan nearby log files
to figure out which file is the root.)
