[OS X TeX] "Table of contents" in TeXShop

Dear all,

is it possible to show the table of contents or a list of all 
chapters/sections/subsections... in a separate window? I mean, 
everything that is listed in the "Tags" toolbar in a separate window; 
perhaps indented depending on the level (part/section/...) and without 
"section: " / "subsection: " / ... in front of each name. Therefore one 
has the overview over all headlines at a glance.
