[OS X TeX] Adding text, etc. to figures... why don't we just do it like this...

I completely agree; I've been using it for 6 years, and haven't
bothered to install Illustrator even though it's available at work. I
do recommend the pref for "Use old style Info" in Create, though...the
default is a bit odd.
