I'm actually not able to reproduce this problem, although I can see  
exactly where it occurs.

1) can you reproduce the problem?
2) if so, what is the blue URL link at the bottom of the window?

My guess is that it wasn't able to read the URL of the actual location  
used, but I've not seen that fail yet.

Is this Finder's get info?  The app's About box shows the version  
number.
