[OS X TeX] WarmFigtoPDF- need any and all binaries

In moving to the Wiki, the WarmFigtoPDF page was made unusable. We'll  
get it back, but Gary is swamped with a book deadline. If anyone has  
recent versions can send them to me, I can make them and what I have  
available on my personal web pages, linking to them from the wiki,  
until Gary can get this up again.
