All, I have a floating figure that won't fit at the bottom of the page. I absolutely need to run a \clearpage to position this figure at the top of the next page. I running memoir class. Can someone tell me how to stretch out the stuff on the page with the \clearpage so that I don't have a 2inch junk of whitespace at the bottom of the page? D.
