[OS X TeX] Pref Pane in MacTeX-2009

Hi Dick,

I've tried on a PowerPC G4 1.67Ghz running 10.5.7, and so far got the  
disappearing preference pane :-(
Could you please send me a link to the .zip for the old pane?
