Folks, I made mistakes when I tried to post the july 14 version, and it didn't appear. Today I posted a version dated july-16 and it has started appearing on mirrors. So I probably posted correctly. This is TeX Live as of the morning of July 16 West Coast time, with new binaries and a repaired TeX Dist panel. Dick Koch
