All right, back on the drawing board: how would you see the wish  
being phrased—yes, after all, it would be only a wish. As for the  
priority, given that is already often rather hard to see what kind of  
consensus there is for a wish, I don't want to come even near trying  
to assess priorities. But of course, you are totally welcome to it  
and I expect to be vastly entertained by the ensuing chaos ;-))))
