[OS X TeX] Is there a better alternative to \DeclareGraphicsExtensions ?

Howdy,

Versions of the epstopdf package earlier than 1.5 behaved that way  
also. It is only newer versions that can compare the date on the eps  
and pdf file and do the correct thing.
