[OS X TeX] TeXLiveUtility fails

Hi Adam, I get this in response:

[e182068108:~] rolfschmolling% tlmgr update --list
tlmgr: installation location http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008
unusable location http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb 
, could not load any packages
Cannot load TeX Live database from http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008 
  at /usr/texbin/tlmgr line 2553.


So that would mean ctan is not working…
