[OS X TeX] reinstall with Tex Live Utility

Here's the command it's trying to run:

/usr/texbin/tlmgr --location ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008/ 
  install −−reinstall ESIEEcv

...which should be correct, according to the man page for tlmgr, and  
it worked last time I tried it.

No, this is not normal.  Run `tlmgr --machine-readable` and see what  
the output is.

I don't have time for any further debugging at the moment,  
unfortunately.
