[OS X TeX] TeX Live Utility: "status Forcibly Removed"

For the last week or so, using the TeX Live Utility (version 0.83),
the TeXLive 2009 repository reports five packages with the status
"Forcibly removed". Each time I update, these files are "removed."
After a successful and uneventful update, the list of packages is
refreshed and the same five packages reappear with the same status.

Has anyone else observed this behavior? Is it an issue with the TeX
Live Utility's interpretation of the repository's data, or a problem
with the repository itself?
