Hi Alan,

If it's any use to you, I just put a Mac (Intel) binary at <http://www.jfkew.plus.com/rtf2latex2e.bin 
 >. Feel free to give it a try. You'll need to provide it with the  
"pref" directory, and either put it in a suitable place such as /usr/ 
local/bin or else run it from the current directory with "./ 
rtf2latex2e.bin", for example.

Untested, except to see that it starts and prints a "usage" message.  
(Or complains about the path to the "pref" folder, if that's not  
available.)
