Hi,

Perhaps a good idea but  I can't download TLU 0.74 from Safari

It's the first time I see the error : SafariErrorDomain erreur 0
  ????

I try with right clic and I change the download folder destination and
  now i can try your method

I can update bin-texlive texlive.infra

I think to be on the good way
