[OS X TeX] Font cache problems with XeLaTeX under Snow Leopard

This does nothing. Except, you select at some spot a font of size 32  
pt. Then it Book Antiqua would be chosen. Maybe...

Actually the SizeFeatures feature is a declaration to load additional  
features (colour, font variant, transparency,...) for the specified  
sizes. To make a font arbitrarily big or small you can use NFSS2  
commands (\fontsize{36pt}{45pt}\selectfont). The Scale=x.y option  
Herb mentioned means that the font at its chosen default size is  
simply magnified by the given factor. This *is* different than  
choosing a particular font size, because in this latter case the  
font's hinting comes into play (look at Book Antiqua serifs!). You  
can observe this clearly by choosing a handful Computer Modern or  
Latin Modern fonts of different *design sizes* and scale them to a  
particular size, say 50 pt or such, and notice the different shape of  
the glyphs.
