It's the PATH to asy: asy is distributed with TeX Live 2009 and  
therefore exists in /usr/local/texlive/2009/bin/universal-darwin/. Do  
in Terminal (or Emacs' *shell* buffer):

	ls -l /usr/local/bin/asy
	file /usr/local/bin/asy

(For me it's now bed time.)
