> No, don't try moving it manually.  I'd guess you didn't install the BSD command line part of the dev tools (I think this is now optional).  You can either do that or (I think) add /Developer/usr/bin to your PATH.

...although in that case you wouldn't have make available either, on second thought.  Did you by chance upgrade or reinstall the OS without (re)installing the corresponding Xcode version?  That could give you a broken dev tools install.
