I just used the location from the makefile, since it seemed to work.  I've made this change and uploaded a new version.

Thanks for the check; `latex2rtf -h` is a trivial test that will choke if it doesn't find the cfg files.  I'm interested to see if it works on 10.5 and/or PowerPC systems.
