[OS X TeX] Problem with Preview

\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage[table]{xcolor}

\newbox\titlebox
\begin{document}

\begin{tabular}{>{\columncolor{cyan}\Huge~}l<{~}l}
& \\
1 & \Huge Titre \\
& Sous-titre \\
\end{tabular}

\end{document}

When I open the PDF with Preview there are two lines
 across the  blue rectangle but not with Adobe reader
