[OS X TeX] can't get TeXor to work at all

Greetings.
I've tried for over a month to get TeXor to work for me. MacTeX 2009 on OS X 10.6.5 and I'm using the very latest TeXShop and TeXShop engines and I've followed every instruction I've seen at Ramon's site and in the relevant threads on this list. When I drop a file onto the TeXor icon, I get the following:
/Users/heafnerj/Desktop/testing123.tex
sed: illegal option -- u usage: sed script [-Ealn] [-i extension] [file ...] sed [-Ealn] [-i extension] [-e script] ... [-f script_file] ... [file ...] Latexmk: This is Latexmk, John Collins, 23 July 2010, version: 4.18. **** Report bugs etc to John Collins . **** Rule 'pdflatex': Rules & subrules not known to be previously run: pdflatex Rule 'pdflatex': The following rules & subrules became out-of-date: 'pdflatex' ------------ Run number 1 of rule 'pdflatex' ------------ ------------ Running 'pdflatex --shell-escape --synctex=1 --file-line-error "testing123.tex"' ------------
When I don't include the % !TEX TS-program = pdflatexmk line in my document, I get the sed illegal option message but none of the other stuff. I'm obviously overlooking something, probably something very simple. I really want this to work. Any suggestions?
