[OS X TeX] "TeX: Permission denied" in Mac OS X Terminal

Dear all,
on my iMac, I started using MacTeX 2008 two years ago. Later on, I upgraded to 2009 and finally to 2010. Starting from MacTeX 2009 I always get the following message in my Mac OS X Terminal:
TeX: Permission denied
Is someone of you familiar with this message? Or do you have a suggestion on how to fix it?
