[OS X TeX] New Macros, new Engines, new TeXShop versions, and all that

Folks,

I have been listening to the discussion about regenerating TeXShop/Macros for new releases. 
I don't want to reach into users personal Macros (or personal Templates or whatever)
and add new items. That's because in the reverse situation I don't want anybody mucking with
my personal stuff. 

However, there is an easy way to improve the upgrade process.
Each TeXShop upgrade should create a folder, ~/Library/TeXShop/New, containing
any new macros, engines, bin entries, etc., in that release. Instead of regenerating folders,
user could just merge a few new entries in them if desired.

Example 1: Herb supplies a new latexmk regularly. It is stupid to force users to
regenerate TeXShop/Engines to get the new version, since then they have to merge
their personal engines back in and rearrange the entire folder, and since in the end 
they need to merge latexmk changes from the Inactive folder anyway.

Example 2: It is stupid to force users to save their personal macros, restart with the default
macros, merge their personal macros back in, and rearrange the menu, when they only
want to add one new macro, and when TeXShop already has the ability to add a new macro
from a file. Instead they should open the Macro editor, select "Add macros from file...", add
the new macro, and then drag it to the proper position in the list.
