[OS X TeX] Command Completion Trigger with TeXShop.

Folks,

 I just get home from TUG and already Herb has done a survey!

I would never dream of switching ESCAPE to Tab out from under you. But it
turns out to be fairly easy to allow users to use Tab rather than Escape as an option,
configurable in Preferences. The default preference would be Escape, so nobody
would notice the difference unless they wanted to change.
