[OS X TeX] Updated Latexmk 4.18 for TeXShop Released.

Howdy,

Latexmk had been updated to version 4.18. Only minor fixes with some interpretation of a citation-error by natbib the major one.

I've also added a lualatexmk engine for the adventurous working with lualatex in MacTeX(TeX Live)-2010 when it is released.

You can pick up the update as Latexmk418TeXshop.zip at <[url]http://homepage.mac.com/herbs2[/url]>. It comes with installation instructions and documentation along with the original latexmk release.
