[OS X TeX] Using eps files

[facenda at us.es]

Hi,
which epstopdf gives /usr/texbin/epstopdf
which gs gives usr/local/bin/gs
If I select Mactex 2009 in preference pane I get the file figure-eps-converted-to.pdf, but with mactex2009-64bit selected I do not get the file figure-eps-converted-to.pdf.
