I've managed to find them here:
http://www.masterstech-home.com/The_library/Font_Samples/Font_Indices/Image_Pages/P/Provence.html
and to install them with FontBook.
With \setmainfont{Provence}, XeLaTeX (or its driver) complains it is
an "invalid font":
** ERROR ** Invalid font: -1 (0)
Output file removed.
)
Error 256 (driver return code) generating output;
file essai-xelatex.pdf may not be valid.
However, they work with TextEdit, for example.
