Aloha,

To add other file types to be cleaned edit the "script" inside the
Application bundle (Control-Click or Right-Click on the application in the
Finder and select "Show Package Contents"; the "script" is inside the
"Resources" folder, which is inside the "Contents" folder). In your case
change the line:

	suffixes=( aux synctex.gz fdb_latexmk log toc out aux.bak err pdfsync bak )

to exactly (spaces matter):

	suffixes=( aux synctex.gz fdb_latexmk log toc out aux.bak err pdfsync bak
bbl blg dvi ps )

I'll add these file types to the next version.
