Howdy,

There is a Drop Script, Droplatexdiff.zip, that you can get from <http://homepage.mac.com/herbs2>. Drop two versions of the document onto the Drop Script and it should produce a new .tex file. Compile that file and I think you can get what you want.

Try it, you might like it.
