Some of them were and some were not. Asymptote 1.88 became stable
(look sourceforge) Oct 2, 2009, after Prerelease.

 Current stable is 1.94 (and 1.95 in svn)

PS I asked TL if it would be feasible to include in tlmgr.log the
actual size of the download
