Did you use the MacTeX installer? How about the last time you did a full install of TeX Live? It is certainly possible that not all items are updated. I see no changes in 2010 here! I think the official release of TeX Live was in October (or later?) so everything here looks like it could have been from that release and not later.
Again, as an example, note that asy hasn't been updated on my system since October, 2009, while while there has been at least one asymptote.universal-darwin update since then. I beleive the last update of aymptote.universal-darwin only adding a chinese translation of the documentation.
