Here is the typo Michael mentioned. His cure is correct.


You also seem to have a private fonts setup in ~/.texlive2010  
directory tree. It might be necessary to remove at least the MAP  
files... in the ~/.texlive2010/texmf-var/fonts/map tree. ('rm -rf  
~/.texlive2010' would remove all; 'rm -rf ~/.texlive2010/texmf-var/ 
fonts/map' would remove your private and faulty MAP files; you can  
check the contents with 'ls -lAR ~/.texlive2010' etc.)
