[OS X TeX] TL 2010 and old fontspec?!

You have to check if you have a fontspec.sty in your ~/Library/texmf (or your working directory).

Also, 

	kpsewhich fontspec.sty

should give you

/usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf-dist/tex/latex/fontspec/fontspec.sty
