[OS X TeX] MathTimePro2 and Xelatex

I just realized in the sample code that I forgot to load the mathtime  
pro fonts. It has to load before the fontspec package. The sample  
should read:

%!TEX TS-program = xelatex
%!TEX encoding = UTF-8 Unicode
\begin{documentlcass}
\usepackage{mtpro2}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\usepackage{xltxtra,xunicode}
\defaultfontfeatures{Mapping=tex-text}
\setromanfont[Mapping=tex-text]{Times}
\setmathrm{Times}

$\det A=3$ $\max x$

  test

{\boldmath $\det A$}
\end{document}
