[OS X TeX] tlmgr / Tex Live Utility problem?

Howdy,

The problem appears to be with the updated version of tlmgr rather than the TLU front end. We'll have to wait for an update to tlmgr and then, most likely, will have to force the update to the fixed tlmgr via the Actions->Reinstall TeX Live Manager menu command if the bad version was installed. Wait for more information about an update to tlmgr.
