[OS X TeX] draftcopy "weirdness"

I was intrigued: So I copied your header and typed a few words. I  
went TeXShop 2.38  > Typeset > TeX and DVI and then hit Typeset on  
the source page and got back my few words duly stamped DRAFT April 9,  
2011

I am running gwTeX under 10.4.11 and did not download anything .  
However, once upon a time, I installed TeXLive 2008 which, however, I  
am not using. So, whatever package did the job must have been part of  
TeXLive 2008. If someone can tell me how to get the package, I can  
send it to you.
