Sometimes no MAP file fragment is enabled because when tried the first  
time the actual files were not found but their names recorded in the  
MAP file. By disabling them everything is corrected. The final step  
afterwards is to enable them.

When you store your font files and MAP file fragments in your private  
area you need to enable their use with simple invocations à la:

	updmap --enable Map lucidabr-o.map

The updmap script will integrate the system's MAP file fragments into  
your private setup.
