LaTeX Companion second edition page 247.

The following has not been tested by me.

Put

\usepackage{array}

in the preamble of your document. Then the line starting with \begin{tabular} to

\begin{tabular}{|l|>{\centering}p{4.6cm}|>{\centering}p{4.5cm}|>{\centering}p{4.5cm}|}

The >{\centering} means to insert \centering right before the text of the column.

Looking at the example on the page mentioned (page 247) you may have to insert \hspace{0pt} immediately after \centering.
