[OS X TeX] TeXShop-64 and Tags

I've got TS 3.02 running on Lion, and I've started to use the tags menu to improve workflow. However, it filled up with too much stuff, so I ran
defaults write TeXShop TagSections NO
to turn off all the sections and stuff getting put in the list.

Now my lines such as
%: tag
aren't appearing in the menu. (so nothing is).

Is this a bug, or am I doing something silly?

PS. An internal (document-specific if possible) command like \settocdepth{} for the automagic filling up would be great.
