[OS X TeX] Console warnings

I trashed everything and recompiled but I get a bunch of errors like:

pdfTeX warning (ext4): destination with the same ide
ntifier (name{page.1}) has been already used, duplicate ignored
<to be read again> 
                   \relax 
l.151 \include{part1}

Maybe a conflict between packages?
