[OS X TeX] Gotta include problem

All,

I've got an "include" problem.

I have a folder structure:  /ElemAlgText/chapter1/graphics

I have a file: /ElemAlgText/main.tex

Which has some include statements such as:

\include{chapter1/section1}

The file /ElemAlgText/chapter1/section1.tex

has commands such as:

\includegraphics{graphics/fig1}

When I try to compile /ElemAlgText/main.tex, it cannot find graphics/fig1.

Can someone help? What am I doing wrong?
