[OS X TeX] A special "List of Theorems"

Hi All,

Being able to create a List of Contents, List of Figures, List of Tables is very convenient, especially when TeXShop does it automatically. Is it possible to create a "List of Theorems" which would simply list the various theorem-like entries, their titles (if any), and the page on which they are listed. A small example would look something like

Theorem 2.1 Criterion for Matching List ..............62
Corollary 2.2 ..........................................63
Proposition 2.3 Exactly One Predecessor ..................68

I use a single counter for theorems, corollaries, propositions, and lemmas.

I've looked in both Graetzer and The LaTeX Companion, but have not found any clues. Suggestions?
