[OS X TeX] .tex to .doc Conversion

Gentlefolk!    A friend of mine has some .tex files that he would like to convert to .doc or, perhaps, .pps format so he can edit them. (He would like to learn LaTeX but is too overworked, now, to do it.) Does anyone know of an Apple application that will do this for him? Then again, he might have access to a Windows machine to do the conversion, and then transfer the resultant .doc to his Mac.
