I don't really know Applescript (except to know it annoys me!) but there must be some Applescript guru in our group that also uses TeXShop and is running under Lion that can fix those and submit them for inclusion in TeXShop 3.

Howdy,

To put it mildly I, ummm..., dislike Applescript. I have macros that work on my system that don't on other's system (with the same OS version!) and visa-versa. When I do a major OS update (e.g., 10.5->10.6->10.7) I invariably have problems with undefined variables (which ARE defined) and recently, when I switched to 10.7, I had to remove an error check (on error) since it wouldn't let the macro run even though it ran fine under 10.6 and there was no error. Applescript was ``advertised'' as being ``natural language'' but it isn't any language that's natural to me. Oh..., did I say I dislike Applescript?!

Good Luck,
