[OS X TeX] how make Mathematica fonts work?

Kuska's instructions work with TeXLive 2011, but you might want to polish the fonts a bit first as many of them are unhinted and don't look good on screen. In addition, their metrics are in many cases not well done, with poor spacing and sometimes unsuitable accent positions.  TeXFontUtility on

contain notes on how to hint them (requires FontForge), how to install them, and abstracting pieces.

You should not have to change anything with pfa/pfb---they come in pfa format, and wolfram.map uses pfa. It might be an issue if you wanted to use them with XeTeX, as I believe it does not understand pfa format.
