There is an Opentype package called Minion Math that doesn't really conform to the math features of Opentype. It seems to be very high end (700 euros?)---out of the range of most individuals. I believe it is used along with Minion Pro in the typographically remarkable (IMO) free physics text series from

I also looked at Minion Math and quickly retreated due to the price. The free MnSymbol package works extremely well with Minion Pro, and I've grown to like it more than amssymb. If you're using the MinionPro package and the MnSymbol package, you don't need to load the amssymb and psamsfonts packages (in fact you can't: they're incompatible). The only other incompatibility I've found with MnSymbol is that the \centernot command will throw an error. MnSymbol has a more complete set of negated relations than amssymb and it turned out that I no longer needed \centernot anyway. I've been very impressed with the MinionPro and MnSymbol combination, and have no desire to turn back to CM.
